WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. If you need to return or exchange an item for a different size, please email us @email@example.com and we will email you a return label once we determine if the return is valid. If an item does not work for you, it must be returned in the same condition it was received. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, smoke, deodorant, and perfume free, with tags still attached. We have the right to refuse returns if these conditions are not met. Any hair accessories can not be returned. ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF BEING DELIVERED TO YOU. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES.We will use the delivery date from the USPS or UPS tracking link provided at the time of shipment. Any items sent back to us that are not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. After 14 days, we are unable to accept returns on any purchases. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store. credit will be issued to the original email used to place the order.Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. AFTER BEING APPROVED FOR A RETURN OR EXCHANGE, WE WILL SEND YOU A RETURN LABEL VIA EMAIL. Once we receive the return items and have inspected them, we will mail you the right size or exchange.
We only operate within the US along with only shipping in the US.
IF ITEMS NEED TO BE RETURNED FOR ANY REASON AND A STORE CREDIT IS ISSUED, REMEMBER THAT ANY STORE CREDIT USED, THE SHIPPING AND HANDLING WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE STORE CREDIT REFUND.
